Shamanic Journey

For centuries, indigenous cultures around the world have accessed the spirit realm.  Native shamans or medicine people travelled to these other worlds through means of accessing an altered state of mind.  Shamans have journeyed to the upper and lower world to gather information to bring back to their people for healing. 

In this workshop, I will teach you how to journey to access these other worlds.  We will travel to meet spirit guides to see what information or messages they have for us to help us on our healing journey.

With assistance from the drum we will allow ourselves to drop into an altered state of consciousness to open to the messages of our guides.

This will be done in a safe, relaxed atmosphere.  You will journey at your own pace and receive messages or information from your guides.
