We all have an ancient fire that burns within; an inner knowing that transcends time, space and knowledge.

There is a deep knowledge that has been passed down through our lineage through ancient traditions and ceremonies. How do we tap into this inner fire, this Ancient Fire? How do we access that place within us where this stored information lives? 

When we open ourselves up to our inner fire by exploring the ancient mysteries, traditions and healings that have been practiced around the globe since before recorded time, we access a greater knowledge, a stronger connection to self and a deeper spiritual connection to the ancestors that walked these sacred paths before us.

Inside will be a participatory workshop where we will look at our lives and our belief systems, we will identify what we need to “break through” and we will experience exercises to work through these issues.  When the fire has been reduced to coals we will come to it … and if you choose to … you will walk the sacred fire.

Break-through Ceremony

We all have “contracts” that we’ve made with ourselves; limited beliefs that keep us from living to our fullest, rightful potential.  What are the stories that you hold about yourself?  What messages do you carry about who you are or what you can do?  These messages, contracts, beliefs have helped mold who we are and often limit our potential of who and what we are capable of becoming!  We will gather at this pivotal time when we are reflecting back over the past year to see what no longer serves us and are looking ahead to the New Year with goals and hopes for what we want to bring forth in our lives.  During this workshop we will be looking at our lives and our belief system; we will explore on a personal level how these stories, contracts or limited beliefs have impacted our lives.  We will participate in several “break-through” exercises which will enable us to break the mold, to shift our consciousness and to make changes in our lives that had not previously been possible.  These exercises and rituals will lodge this new information in our bodies.   We will have internal shifts that will create external change!   I welcome you to come be part of this process; give yourself this gift of awareness.  Transformation will happen, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly.

   SOAP MAKING WORKSHOP

Learn how to make all natural handmade soap.  Don't confuse this with "melt and pour soap".  We will be crafting homemade soap using natural and organic ingredients including pure essential oils.  You will leave this class with the following:
 

~ Working knowledge of creating handmade soap

~ Detailed Instruction Packet

~ Recipes and concise instruction sheet for simplicity

~ Resources list for suppliers, manufacturers and reading material

~ Several bars of soap

~ Hand-crafted wooden box to take home so that you can begin making soap for family and friends!

Cost: $40 per person (plus $25 materials fee paid to instructor the day of the workshop)

Shamanic Journey

For centuries, indigenous cultures around the world have accessed the spirit realm.  Native shamans or medicine people travelled to these other worlds through means of accessing an altered state of mind.  Shamans have journeyed to the upper and lower world to gather information to bring back to their people for healing. 

In this workshop, I will teach you how to journey to access these other worlds.  We will travel to meet spirit guides to see what information or messages they have for us to help us on our healing journey.

With assistance from the drum we will allow ourselves to drop into an altered state of consciousness to open to the messages of our guides.

This will be done in a safe, relaxed atmosphere.  You will journey at your own pace and receive messages or information from your guides.
